Food-grade product — general rule

Saffron is a sealed, light- and moisture-sensitive food product. Once tamper-evident seals are broken, goods are non-returnable except in the case of confirmed quality defect or short shipment.

Claims window

  • Visible damage on outer packaging — note on the delivery receipt and notify within 48 hours.
  • Shortage or concealed damage — within 7 days of delivery.
  • Quality non-conformity vs. the lot's certificate of analysis — within 14 days of delivery, supported by an accredited lab report.

Evidence we will request

  • Order number and lot code (printed on every inner pack).
  • Photographs of the outer carton, inner packaging and tamper-evident seals before opening.
  • For quality claims: third-party lab report measuring ISO 3632 parameters from a representative sample.

Resolution

Confirmed claims are resolved at our option by (a) replacement of the affected quantity in the next shipment, (b) credit note against a future order, or (c) refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Do not return goods without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will be refused. Where a return is authorised, we will arrange and pay for collection.
